Hi Walace,

Only parts of the bondageproject.com website are free, but it contains some basic information.
Knots and techniques (http://www.bondageproject.com/public/info-tipps_e.htm)
Rope (http://www.bondageproject.com/public/info-seil_e.htm)
Suspension (http://www.bondageproject.com/public/info-suspension_e.htm)
Physics (http://www.bondageproject.com/public/info-physik_e.htm)
Shibari history (http://www.bondageproject.com/public/history_e.htm)

Especially suspension seems to be a tricky and dangerous matter requiring a lot of practise. The shibari workshop at http://rare.ropemarks.com is for pay, but perhaps you could email the people at bondageproject.com and ropemarks.com and ask if they know anyone in Brazil who teaches shibari.

Great for starting out
BDSM Backroom Bondage Lesson (http://www.bcwsd.com/backroom/library/articles_us/bkurs01.htm)

Lots of knots

Rope Harness Instructions (http://www.westom.com/leather/ropeman/harness.htm)
Tammad's Bondage How To Page (http://ms.ha.md.us/~tammad/over21/bondage/)

Good luck!

Brazil! :)

http://www.desejosecreto.com.br has a short shibari article. Part 1 (http://www.desejosecreto.com.br/tecnicas/tecnica01.htm) . Part 2 (http://www.desejosecreto.com.br/tecnicas/tecnica02.htm) .

This is the site of ‘Highlander’ in São Paulo.

More rope bondage: Here’s a Japanese site with a number of techniques. To view the tying procedures in step by step photos, click on the Japanese yellow text in brackets next to a photo (not all the links work yet).

If only there were someone who knew Japanese around here, they could translate the written instructions for us... any takers?
