i discoved the other day a most amazing feeling, which happened to be candle wax, my bf was mucking bout so i asked him what he wanted to do, when he drunkinly replyed dripping candle wax over my boobs, i thought ok it could be good but ifound thta it was amazing i think it made him horney but i think i wound him up more when i did it to myself which was even better, by only problem was that it was with a tea light my advice for any1 who want to try this use a bigger candle

Bigger candles are good, more wax. ill remember that you like it so much.

Candle dripping can be quite delightful but it has dangers for the uninitated. Be sure that you understand the necessary temperature that turns the wax fro a solid to a liquid can be different for each type of candle. The softer waxed candles have a lower melting point. Candles with color additive tend to have a higher melting point. Of what significance? Using the wrong candle or one held too close at the point of drip contact can move the sub from a feeling of ecstatic pleasure to one of pure pain. What can be a challenge and a turn on at one drip temperature can lead to burned skin at a higher temperature. Do be careful when playing with fire <G>

I've been exploring hot wax for the past six months. I've progressed from applying it on myself to having it done by an experienced dom and his sub. Having the wax applied by two people has really increased the intensity of the experienc: one uses a candle and the other uses liquid wax from a waxer designed for feet and hands. If anyone would like to share some of their experiences or give me some pointers, I'd love to hear from you.

Hot wax can be very arousing and erotic. My master enjoyed pouring wax on my breasts and the sensation was amazing. Hot wax on my clit felt good as well. One should be careful when applying hot wax; too much at one time can be extremely painful.

Mistress and i will be trying wax play next month when we meet, so i was wondering if there is a special kind of candel wax that is best for this type of play. i heard bee's wax is the best.

ok, just found that bee's wax...not such a good idea.
Parphin (parafin) cant remember the spelling. Anyway. that wax is the safest there is. Its an off white color, and can be acquired at most hobby or some health stores.

IKEA white taper candles - cheap and just right!
For advanced play - IKEA coloured candles - same rules as with everything else apply - try on your self first - that will help you learn the temp and best distance.
TIP: wax will cool as it is falling through the air - so longer the distance - cooler wax.
And … for more fun, try scraping the cooled wax of the skin with a blade. You can go all artsy and make pictures or writing … just make sure the waxse is immobilized - to prevent the cuts ;)

Wax play is actually how I got interested into knife play. When using a simple butter knife to remove the wax off my girl, she said she enjoyed that just as much as the wax play. So I researched knife play, and all it involved, and now enjoy that as well.
