I read a story about 2-3 years ago and can't remember the name or how to get a copy. The story is about a single women in her 30's that travel to a country in South America with her two daughters about 14 and 12 year old. She resently rejected a male admire rather badly. He tells customs that she will be carrying dope with her in her daughters baggage. Then the fun starts all three are beaten, torture and rape by the local police.
