Enemas for anal play

I've searched and didn't find an answer to this so I'll post a question.

I would think an enema is an essential procedure when anal penetration is part of the scene. I looked all over the Internet and only found articles that warn you of the side effects that may occur when using any over the counter enemas. My question is this. Is there any home recipes that produce the desired results without the risk of side effects?

I find that usualy 2 enemas before play are best. Like everything this too is best in moderation.
