Mmmnn Rabbit what a cracker of a story already and I've only read two chapters. It definitely strokes the main sex organ which is the mind. The "taboos" it explores are deliciously erotic as are the descriptions of the sado-masochism. So far I'd give it a 8 and a half out of ten, no a 9.
