Too late for this list - but you get my vote for most missed Dom in chat each and everytime!!!
Re picture - go to User CP - top left of this screen, select Edit Profile Picture (6th option down) and you can upload it from your pc.

When you start a post, at the bottom is a place for you to add attachments....add your picture that way.
A couple of weeks before we started the polls we had a thread on nominees for the different awards. We then took those nominees and put them individual polls they were nominated for. Hope that helps.
