Electrical play needs to be approached with caution from both sides. Low voltage toys like a tens unit are always a safe bet. However you must know if your submissive has a weak heart, or a family history of a weak heart. You can go up from there in intensity. Recently I have found an electrical flyswatter. The electrical flyswatter as a paddle had occured to me... but I have tried touching one with my hand only and I thought the shock seemed a bit much at first, I only touched it the once which was enough to produce an out loud "holy shit" (I've seen one of those things literally cause a small lightning bolt to jump a couple inches to kill a fly, seems excessive, if amusing).
