Again, as stated... BE CAREFUL..
It is all too easy to damage the inside of your ureathra, and it can cause "strictures" or scarring that close off the penis, making urination near impossible.
Search the web for Ureathra play, or SOUNDING.. there was info listed on a pay site ,www.bmezine.com, but what they offer is little more than a commercial for thier stuff...

I'll just say again that you should be careful. I know people do this and can find great pleasure in it, but it's a risky thing to do. I don't know if it even depends on the cleanliness of what you're doing, but I know for a fact it can cause Urinary Tract Infection from messing around in there.
