since Aesop is having to do that dirty four letter word WORK --and a lot of it ---I will do the story contest this month

This one is rather different it is around a picture ---you pick the topic but it must include the scene in the picture in your story ---so look at the picture ---imagine what is going on ----and write your story around it

Last day of entry is the last day of Aug----

Just a quick reminder that the contest is still open to the end of August so if anyone else had some (and i hope very) naughty thoughts about the picture and was dying to share them, there is still time to post!!

The story contest is now closed for July and August entries. Everyone had such awesome submissions. So come and vote for your favorites and good luck everyone!!!

I really did enjoy reading literally everything that was a part of this. It was just fun to be a part of it all, with so many talented people.

Everyone is a winner here----these are some of the best stories I have seen posted or published on the story side in a long while----it is just a shame not more members even look or take the time to vote ---just like very few of the reader take the time to review a story on the story page and those that do are trying to find fault-----Great job everyone ---

OK I admit it, I can't find the damn stories... :32:

This is why I haven't voted in too many competitions- that & a lack of time to read the entries.

Is it possible to have links to them on the voting page? Are there links already?

I just think it might get more people voting if they could see the entries in one place & click on the links.

To be honest I'm so damn busy keeping up with people on this & other forums, I never seem to get around to reading stories.
