I went to take another test, but this one is also very describing of the difficulties of writing, so I advise all here to take it. Maybe someone gets a surprise. I know I did.
Commonly Confused Words Test (http://www.okcupid.com/tests/take?testid=14457200288064322170)
I am not English, only learned it from watching movies and getting grammar and pronunciation lessons in school. That's why my score surprises me:
"English Genius
You scored 85% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 100% Advanced, and 93% Expert! "
"You did so extremely well, even I can't find a word to describe your excellence! You have the uncommon intelligence necessary to understand things that most people don't. You have an extensive vocabulary, and you're not afraid to use it properly! Way to go!"

He-he … it was fun, and interesting. I got same result as you, while I, too, am not native English speaker. I do not like, though, how the test results are presented – because it does not give you your own percentage of correct answers!
My mothers tongue is Croatian, and our alphabet “misses” few letters (w, y and x) out of which I most commonly run in trouble with “v” vs. “w” especially in pronunciation.
In writing, I’m guilty of double lettering unnecessarily as well as dropping some double letters – can anyone really explain to me why are you English so fond of duplicating your letters?
As for the test results, like with so many other “handicaps” I believe that people work much harder on the second language, and I know that I had much more extensive grammar in school when I was learning English than my child has here with English for his first language. That, IMO, does account for … something ;)

Advanced
You scored 78% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 86% Advanced, and 66% Expert!
You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of each of these three levels' questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don't use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.

40/40, and I'm still only 86% on expert? Quirky.
Some of these were definitely valid, but some were pretty obvious. Are "aspect" and "respect" commonly confused? Contractions are obvious if you just use both words in their place. Also, it should be noted for a couple cases that proper english is not always the logical thing to use. For instance, "Is it just I, or is English silly?" is grammatically correct, but sounds like a freaking idiot.
I'm very impressed, though, with the non-native speakers: things like this are usually what people find hard in a second language.
