Complete Captured Caroline ?

I have 2 old versions of the classic Captured Caroline story. The biggest one that I have has 11 chapters. Does anyone know if this is as far as the story went. It appears that there should be other chapters, but I dont know whether they were ever published. If you know of somewhere that has a fuller version of this great story please point me in the rigt direction.

Yeah, it always did seem a shame that he never came back to it. It was the first story that really got me into bondage.
