menu bar

would it be possible to add the menu bar that is at the top of the page (the one with UserCP, FAQ, Member List, et al) to the bottom of the page also so that if one is at near the bottom of the page it isn't necessary to scroll all the way back to the top to go directly to one of the menu bar items?

i LOVE this idea...and was wondering the same thing the other night. or at least have a link at the bottom of the page that will take you back to the top of the page? i feel like i spend the majority of my time scrolling up and down...lol

edit: ok so i JUST now noticed the scroll down menu down there at the bottom of the page...

if you look at the bottom you can see forum jump ---that allows you to go to any forum you want to so you do not have to go back to the top

Unless your on the front page which does not have a forum jump at the bottom, so you do have to scroll up and down.

I would like to see a link to the story index page on there somewhere so you don't have to go to the site front page then click on stories.

There is a stories quick link on here...

up at the very top on the left next to the banner...above Home | Rules | Contact there is a link BDSMLibrary...click it and it takes you straight to the stories.

Well maybe you do have a forum jump at the bottom of this page:

But I don't.

When I get near the bottom I have had to scroll up every time to go to PM or anything on the menu bar.

Perhaps my browser is just not showing it and yours does.

I really don't understand why you assumed I had not taken the time to read your original post before I posted to this thread.

I was already aware that you had said there was a forum jump at the bottom of each sections pages and I agree there is and has been. Then I said maybe he doesn't realize there is not one on the front page of the forum so I posted to let you know that.

Sorry you didn't read what I said and go look before posting the same reply to me you gave to TheDeSade like I was some small child that needed reminding of something they had already been told before.

People have asked why so many members yet they don't post or seldom do. I think I know why and maybe the lurkers do to.

I should point out to everyone that there is a TOP link though at the bottom of the front page in the right hand corner that can be used to get up to the menu again instead of scrolling.

I do not have a written link up there but in looking I do see that the BDSMLibrary logo is a link to the stories. I had not realized that before. Works just as good as a written link once you know it though.

must be your browser ---as I assure you there is a forum jump at the bottom of each page ----check it with IE firefox may block it for some reason

I tried it in IE same thing, no forum jump on that page. Here are the screen captures using both IE and Mozilla.

Hahaha, I notice that my IE is running in a different time zone for some reason. I probably forgot to set the correct zone in it. I never use it except for comparing pages like this. :)

EDIT:
Rabbit, I looked at the pages code also and I don't see it there either. But if others have it great, I can just use the TOP link in the corner which is all I really need.
