Maddie has resigned from running this project and we all thank her very much for not only helping to get the idea off the ground, but also for kick starting it with a great ABC.

I will do my best at this! I find the idea rather daunting. I am not the most experienced person on this form. I don't claim to have all the answers. So the idea of leading a knowledge based thread like this, well it kinda made my head spin.
Thanks everyone for the kind words. I hope I fill maddies shoes (doesn't she have a shoe fetish?) as well as she was on this.
