I would like to know if anyone else uses software or a computer program to track the progress of your sub. For me, I have created spreadsheet in Excel to track completion of tasks, tasks i wish to assign, behavior, and progression of her submission.

I do this in part because I have a bad memoir for dates and such as well as I use it as a tool to see how far she has come. It also serves as a reminder when I get up set that she has come a long way and gives me more then just my "Feelings"on how she is doing.

Does anyone else do this, or use a program to do the same?

Just wondering?

No... keeping track of her tasks is her job. If she fails to do a task... bad enough. If she fails to report her lack of completion, double punishment. If I forget... well, I'll eventually remember and then she's in real trouble.

Now... if you're trying to keep track of several subs at different stages of their training... I can see that the use of a tracking sheet might come in handy. weg*

I imagine Filemaker or MS Works would do just fine for this... :-)

How about developing a new app called Slavefarm where you could have flash animated whips, avatars and a special count of missed tasks?

Whatever works. If either has difficulty with their memory or just likes to be well-organized as a general rule, then it would seem coming up with something to help with it is very sensible.

That sounds like something my master would do -- he makes spreadsheets for everything!

Hmm... maybe I should check the hard drive...

I prefer my sub to just keep a sort of email journal. She is expected to email me at least once a day and the email should contain certain specific information as well as her thoughts, questions, concerns, fantasies, etc. My desire is to be able to catch a glimpse of her life as well as see that she is actively performing her tasks and keeping her mind focused. So far it has worked well.
