The Paranoia

Peering eyes cut through the night
No way to escape, consumed by fright
Anxiety builds from desperation
The fear grinding me into submission
I cannot escape, cannot break free
This helpless vain crushing me

The rage that pours through her eyes
Like a monster had been waiting deep inside
Darting, searching, rechecking, awaiting
An invisible bomb contemplating
Everythings fine, everythings okay
Then everything thrown in chaotic disarray

Pacing, racing, I cant control
And no one there to try and console!
A thousand thoughts a thousand fears
And all in vain for endless tears
Screaming, bleeding, and all alone
Ready to push the blade to the bone

For all we see we can never know
The pains we take to never let it show
Ill pass you by along the way
Just another normal day
And all these thoughts through my mind
Youll keep on walking and pass me by
