have a question. buying stuff online

right. i think my subject totally sucks. but never mind about that :) i'm not even sure if i'm in the right category. but. i need help :)

i'm supposed to get a leather whip within the next 3 weeks. thing is, i cant get it in stores where i live. and i'm not going to be going overseas so i cant buy it via normal shopping.

so i have to get it online right? i mean, normal shops don't sell such items do they?

so yep. it would be terribly appreciated if i could get like a couple of sites to go to where i can buy it from. :p

recommendations would be great as well since i have no clue what on earth i'm supposed to be buying.

There are all kinds of whips and I don't know what kind you're looking for, but you have checked out your local equestrian and tack shop, haven't you? That should always be your first stop, whether you're looking for straps, harness...whatever.

Any time you need to shop for kinky sex gear, your first four stops should be a tack shop, a pet store, a hardware store and Wal-Mart (in the old days it would have been Woolworth's).

Those are you best bets. If you're after a crop or a quirt, you can likely get a nice one for a decent price at a tack shop. However, if you're after a full-blown Indiana Jones bullwhip, I'd look to ebay--hubby just picked up a very nice one (brand new, hand braided) on ebay for a MUCH better price than he'd have paid at the local supply stop (we checked). One thing about ebay--steer clear of any whip touted as a "B&D" or "BDSM" whip--price goes from four to fourteen bucks in a flash with the addition of those little letters, though you aren't getting anything better or nicer.

there's no walmart here. i dont think we even have a tack shop. hardly anyone rides horses here. that's why i was looking more to buying stuff online.

anyway, what i'm looking for should hurt, but not overly. so i'm probably not looking for a riding crop or stuff like that. its also supposed to be mainly for my bottom.

i checked out stockroom.com tho :) but, was wondering before i just hastily bought something, whether there's like anything else i should be looking at :) or if there're any suggestions to what i should be looking for :)
