granted these arent the requested pictures but i got another tattoo tonight. lol i was driving along and i suddenly realized... hey i have money and one of my brand new friends is a tattoo artist.... oh hell yeah! so this is officially my biggest tattoo yet and by far my fave. eventually i'll have it engulfed in an entire full sleeve of flames, going up to my shoulder. i love tattoos. not much for piercings but i love tattoos. i got done with it and i was like.... damn... i want more!
the tat is the word fire designed in such a way it reads fire no matter which way you look at it. it was the first tattoo i ever designed and was originally supposed to be my first tat, but seeing as how i wanted it on my forearm... everyone told me not to get it since it's in a such a hard to cover place. but it's my third. i got the word fire to symbolize my personality.... according to the zodiac i'm a fire sign. plus for those that know me... i think most will agree i'm kinda like a flame. pretty and mesmirzing to watch but good luck trying to capture it.
i also threw in some full length shots as requested by Zinsho.

thank for the concern Radiance... but the cutting is just another fetish. Would you be just as worried if i showed pics of the welts i've gotten from a riding crop? And nothing was said about the tattoos, which are a bit more noticeable and permanent.

i'm not in any way suicidal, i never really have been, but i've always enjoyed the feel of a razor slicing through my pale skin and seeing the blood ooze to the surface. it's honestly always relaxed me. but i realize that people often associate a cutter like me with someone who's depressed and suicidal.

and as for the scars.... well again.... if i'm willing to have tattoos on my arms, obvisously scars wouldn't concern me that much. my scars are my trophies almost. i'm proud of my pain tolerance. besides, almost all of my cuts are shallow, they scab up and only scar for maybe a year at the absolute most.

again thank you for the concern, but i don't personally believe there is anything wrong with the cutting. i'm very safe and clean about it. but thank you.

nk.... i've never heard of something like that happening before, though i havent ever directly researched it either. doesn't seem likely though, since i'm not loosing big amounts of blood constantly. people donate pints and quarts of blood on a regular basis and this is no where near like that. like there's a place in my town where you get paid money for donating plasma, which is in the blood. and you can go once every four days and do that.

so i think for the most part the only long term affect from cutting is scars... which again... if you cut shallow, the scars dont last for a lifetime.

of course i could be completely wrong about it all... lol....

I can tell you that if done too often and too deeply,such cuts can cause exuberant scarring.And there's always the risk of infection.So please be very careful.It's one the more dangerous things to do.Another thing be careful where you cut yourself.Some veins are pretty big and near the surface of the skin.
