Hi. Forgive my ignorance, but I was wondering is there a method for getting in touch with those readers of stories kind enough to write reviews. I'd like to thank them individually and reply to their comments, but I don't necessarily want to leave my remarks in public on the "Review Stories" page?

Hello Eric, yes there is.

Left click on the person's ID, then select the More User Info link. That will bring up the person's profile. On the right hand side of the screen is their contact info; there are links for both sending PMs and emails.
