No, the discussion was NOT in private... it was very, very public. Ruby, whose name I stll see here and there, was in it, and most of the others who were involved either are no longer here (as was I... I left due to being disgusted with the whole thing) or know they are going to publish commercially so don't do so here. The whole thing was sealed off from any more comments, and soon after, deleted by Rabbit.

I got the same reaction when this was a VERY hot topic when Tiger bought the Library in the first place. And they just put a period on the topic then, by closing it to any further discussion. Obviously, this is a thorn in their collective feet.
