She spoke to him with tears of joy
She spoke to him as his treasured toy

She spoke to him of her heartache and pain
She spoke to him of places in her soul that were stained

She spoke to him of pleading and to craving to beg
She spoke to him of tenderness and sharing his bed

She spoke to him of a heart that beat so true
she spoke to him of darkness that she once knew

She spoke to him of the loneliness and reflections of sad
