colors.........???

I have a question


I have noticed the new color changes on the mods names..... what up with that?????...............lol

Hiya thrall

we have made the changes to hopefully make it clear who does what and to make the who's online look pretty ~giggling~

red = admin,
blue = supermods
orange = mods
purple = greeters
green = project leaders

I'm not a Mod but I think I got it!

Red=admin
Blue= super mod
Purple= greeter
orange= mod
green= project leader

LOL! Super_Minxy beat me to it!

I do have one suggestion.......

talking as an artist here........

the blue that the super mods use, fades into the background...........its to close the black/gray

what do you think???........Maybe a different shade would be better.....lol.........lol

i had to ask zesty because i couldnt understand why the new colours were not put on the boards...explaining to people whose represents what colour

I figuredd it out, pretty obvious to me, but I think the orange is ugly.

The announcement was coming... the process wasn't entirely complete yet so that is why no announcement was made...

yeah i kinda figured it out before i asked minx in chat but who knows i could have been wrong...but i love the purple giggles
i kinda like the way the blue hits the black...its not so dark that u cant see it..very lovely i think but thats just imo

I love the colours! It makes Who's Online very pretty- the purple and green especially.

And if a member like me is a Moderator and a Greeter, I suppose I stick with orange?

How about our Project leaders/Greeters...suppose it is just a matter of picking the 'stronger' job, but both i believe are equally as important

I love the purple - please don't change that!

Once the writers block tutors have come to a conclusion on their subtitle, they will also get a different coloured uniform.

But Sir.....the PLs are not wizard green. *looks for somewhere to hide*

From conversations I had as I was changing the greeter's colour it is obvious that different screens are displaying the colours differently. The supermod's blue is showing as a sharp contrast on mine, and neither does it look like the greeter's purple which was a problem at one point. I will tone it down a notch or two, and hopefully that will help give enough contrast.

Angel, I know it is scary, but there are lots of nice Dom/mes around who are only to willing to put on their white coats and give medical attention to all parties concerned.

Before we get too carried away... don't we have enough post-count recognition as it is? And how are we to tell who moderates if everyone is highlighted.

it isn't feasible to allow a bunch of colors...it would be far too confusing, and You are right, Mods would simply blend into the masses. :rolleyes:
