Who does what, and what they wear
Now I have finished running around painting various members of staff this is what each of the different colours indicate.
Site Owner (Tiger)
Appoints Administrators, with recommendations from current admins.
Has ultimate say over all matters.
Is responsible for all technical matters, e.g. software, server.
Responsible for relationships with sponsors.
Administrators (Responsible to Head Admin, who in turn is responsible to Tiger)
In loco Tiger, carry ultimate responsibility for any decisions made.
Deal with maintenance of database.
Appoint supermods.
Arbitrators in site issues.
Deal with particularly tricky or sensitive member issues.
Provide cover for each other, and supermods if needed.
Contribute to discussions in staff forums.
Moderators(Responsible to Admins)
Responsible for seeing that site rules are obeyed, both in letter and spirit.
Keep ‘their’ forums ‘tidy’ and alive.
Help to make new members feel welcome.
Communicate any issues to supermods.
Contribute to discussions in staff forums.
Greeters(Responsible to Admins)
Send out emails to new members welcoming them to the site, and helping with final stages of registration.
Where time permits send personal birthday greetings to members who are still logging in, even if they are not posters.
Help to make new members feel welcome.

Contribute to discussions in staff forums.
Project Leaders (Responsible to Admins)
Do all that is needed to keep own project running and interesting to membership
Communicate any issues to supermods.
Contribute to discussions in staff forums.
Writers Block Tutors (Responsible to Head Admin)
Do all that is needed to keep writers block running and interesting to membership
Communicate any issues to Lead Tutor / Head Admin as soon as possible
Contribute to discussions in staff forums.
