Amazing and a BIG thanks!!!

Master isnt as subdued with his words...he is enthusiastic and often types things before thinking about them. I am here to somewhat maintain that balance. He often replies to the things I type here because he knows humiliation does wonderful things for me and sometimes it is humiliating to have our "secrets" displayed for the whole world to see. He is a complicated man and I am so very lucky to have him in my life.
We have been through many struggles in our 16 years. Losing our oldest son changed our relationship and things have been hard over the last 3 years. One thing that has not changed is his undying, honest love for me.
Life has brought sadness, but it has also brought great joy, love and devotion and for that I am thankful.
I am also thankful for all of you here who have such a true, deep understanding of a lifestyle that is still so taboo for so many. We live in such a small town and even some of our closest friends dont know. It is odd that something that brings such joy to us both is frowned upon by so many. True I could care less what others think , but when you are extensively involved in the community and involved with every aspect of schools, extracurriculars, charities, etc you MUST (in our area of the country anyway) be very discreet about divulging your secrets. At least there is one place we can go and know that no matter what we need to say it is accepted without prejudice or judgement.
Anyway I guess I am just trying to say thank you to all of you here who willing and selflessly share your thoughts, feelings, opinions, experiences and AMAZING ranges of knowledge with the rest of us.

And I do know what you mean, I live in a big liberal city, but I can't share my interests in bdsm to anyone in r/l just because I'm culturally restricted to do so.

sipgirl it is our pleasure to have you here and I sincerely mean that. I am saddened to hear of your loss. I can't even imagine any tragedy that could possibly be worse. What is heartening is that you two stayed together through it all. Some are not so lucky when a tragedy like that hits.

Any time or anything you may want to say will be most gratefully accepted here. I think I can assure you of that.

What WB has said is very true. If I can help in any way just asked. My son died in my arms and I know that I will never be the same, though I hope to better person based on what I learned from him.
