Is a fetish for foot worship a part of BDSM?

This is my first post so please forgive my ignorance, but I wanted to ask, is a fetish for foot worship a large, small or no part of BDSM?

I ask because I have seen pictures of this subject on the various BDSM TGP's, yet do not know if it something forum members would like to hear my views on.

For me, this is a massive fetish, which involves specific settings, shoe-types, keywords and defined actions. In truth, only a few women I have known, have ever felt able to enjoy the experience as much as myself.

I think that foot worship is pretty unambiguously a D/s scenario -- any sexual situation where one person is worshipping the other is hard to separate from dominance and submission.
