help locating two stories

Hi, I read two stories a while back that I've been search for any help locating them would be much appreciated.

The one story is about a girl who is being punished (i think she was sentenced to be punished) and is hurt by another girl while men watch. The girl who is being punished yells at the men that they are sick for watching but she continues to be punished...

The second story is about a brother and sister who get sent away to school. The school they get sent to teaches girls how to be slaves and guys how to be slave owners. I remember one scene where the headmaster has all the guys take a number in order to see where/what order they get to "break in" the sister.

Any ideas?
