Ok I have a question. Not that every one has experience with a Sybian. Or has tried one. But I have seen videos and it looks extremely intense.

My question is this. If you bound a sub on to one of those things so she could not get up. And cranked it up gradually like a lobster in a pot of water. To a point were she is climaxing over and over. Could you litorly kill her with pleasure. AKA Death by orgasm.

Either a woman or a man must have a pre-existing heart condition to die from erotically induced heart failure, and it must be significantly more advanced in a woman than in a man.

In both cases, the physiological aspects of arousal result in increased blood pressure and oxygenation, coupled with (usually) some fairly extreme physical exertion. Nothing that can't be handled by a healthy human body, but enough to induce a cardiac episode if one is on the cards anyway.
