Loading new submissions table of contents page

Hello,

I would like to bring to the attention of Torg, or whoever is in charge of updating the New Submissions page, that it has been 19 months since the last time the page was cut off. For those of us with slower connections (mine is RoadRunnerLite at 3 MBps) it takes a very long time to load that page, and it has to reload — again at length — every time I finish reading a story and return to the contents page.

At the bottom of the page it has a place to 'click here to see earlier entries', and at one time the page used to be cut off regularly. My suggestion is that the first time the page is updated each month, go back and archive (or prune, or whatever the technical jargon would be) everything below the previous month. In other words, when you post the first December update, cut off everything before November. Right now I'd cut off the bottom in multiple chunks of about four updates apiece and archive them, until you get to somewhere in September of this year.
