BDSM Trial of the centuary

Isn't it about time this law was updated?...it's been on the law books for over 50 years!

Seem to remember GM Fashions who made & distributed Shiny,Rubberist & GFP publications got raided & their stock seized in the mid 90's &,despite the trial being thrown out,they never got their seized items returned.
