Dom looking for a new submissive to train

I was involved in the lifestyle several years ago and helped several women learn about being submissive. I have am looking to get back into the lifestyle and train a new submissive. I am primarily looking to train someone in r/l on an "as we have time" basis. I am located in the central Ohio area. I have also trained submissives online and would consider that approach with the correct female.

I will not simply take the first female that responds. This undertaking is a relationship between two people. An investment in time for both parties. We must determine if we are compatible before starting. The interview process will be a series of questionnaires which will help the individual learn about herself including the type of submissive she believes she is. By the end of the interview process, we may find we are not compatible, but she will learn a lot about herself and the lifestyle.
