not sure where to post this... need help

can some please tell me how to remove all this wrong info from my profile...
i am not a male!!
ihave tried numerous times when i was here months ago and it keeps going back
i also did not join in 2009, i joined either the endearly this year, or the end of last year.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi Torq, I am having the same issues as snowy, i wonder would you be able to looki into the issues with my profile also? I would be ever so greatful, if there is no other way around it would re-registering maybe help, or am I likely to get the same problem?
