speed of plot vs character development?

I don't see that the two options are in principle at odds. But to answer the question, I'd like to see the cock-teasing wench subjected to such torture (particulary tit-torture eg vise and voltage) that she will be broken in spirit enough to be a painslut-fucktoy for any male wanting her ---even males significantly younger who otherwise she may (and did in the past), had fended off. All her self-respect should be painfully filtered out of her personality and every trace of latent rebellion being punished severely. She can be instructed to list males (even teenage boys) whose sexual interest in her was spurned or slapped or threatened with lawsuit. She should be then told when however encounterining a guy on the list, to give groveling sexual reparations. She should be forced to publically and privately disconstruct her prior priggish, haughty "don't olge me, you bastard" mindset/behavior. No doubt the guy(s) on the list quite remember how she slapped them for propositioning her or her threat to sue if he gropes her. Now it's payback time for the bitch. Her public sexual use/abuse is deliberately part of the scheme, the reason being she'd been heartless in primly refusing due respect to male lustful interest in her, so the "re-educational attitude adjustment training" warrents equal measure.

In my concept, she should always know that slowness to accede to advances a guy makes on her or to protest his whim to physically torment her to result in such agony that it's not worth the candle to her. Such ill-judged re-occurance of her false pride will result in more torture than she seeks at the transitory moment to avoid. Her life should be one of hopeless submission to any sexual whim (even sadistic) that a males has in mind.
