Unless your wife has a heart condition or she is prone to hyperventilating, I can't see anything wrong with forced orgasms. If she has passed out in the past, then certainly make sure you have 911 on speed-dial just in case, but if she comes to without any problems it shouldn't be a concern.

I know for a fact that the butterfly vibes work really well. Also, the massagers used for your shoulders and back can be great, too. Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you.
