Excited... but rather confused

Hello, everyone! Firstly, I'm very glad to have found something like this... a semi-virtual bdsm community is something that was, until today, beyond the realms of my imagination.

But I seem to be having difficulties navigating the site, and understanding some of the things that go on. I keep reading about how I need to fill in a questionairre, but am unable to find anything of the sort. I was also reading about how these tasks in the academy work, and it seemed like they would specify who was to perform the task, whether it was open to everyone ,etc. But upon reading the samples (as they are, thus far, all I'm allowed to see) in the academy, it didn't seem to denote anything like that.

If someone would kindly unravel some or all of these mysteries, I would be very grateful.
