This time....

I don't think the Contest Story thread is appearing in the "New Posts" or "Todays Posts" lists.

I just ran a test and posted in the new contest announcement thread and it too, did not appear in the "new" lists.

It's in my new posts list......

Well I'm looking at it, so I saw it. Every once in awhile the software doesn't pick up your own new posts. I don't know why exactly. I'll point Rabbit over here when he gets back.

I never saw any of the comments to my story pop up.... oh well.

Is it just me?

when you post to a thread it sometimes pick it up as already read and therefore not new----

Okay guys... This is way over the top. LOL

A couple of days ago, you might have noticed that I had a triple post in one of my RP's Slave Auction which occurred because I couldn't find my post... so I reposted it... twice... and suddenly three.

It's happening again. Same thread. I posted yesterday, it says I was the last to post, but no entry. I waited until today. Reposted. Saw it. Came back later... Apparently Gone.

All I can tell you is the new publishing system conversion was completed ---but still is not working right and the Tech is working on the system--I do not know for sure if this has anything to do with the strange goings on ---or not--I do know the mods if they see a double or triple post --rightly remove it ---I have had the double post syndrome before but most of the time it is when the system goes down after I hit the submit button and I hit the back button on my browser and try again only to find out it went thru the first time---lol

Yeah I can't get anything after page two of that thread even though it says there are three pages.

Rabbit....are you messing with everyone's head again? LOL

Seriously, I have had similar problems.
