Do other men in town go out in kilts for the heck of it? This is fascinating to me, I never knew about this. Please tell more. Especially about the commando part, is it comfortable to be a tourist in that?

well i know of 4 here in town that go kilted sometimes.

Is it comfortable to wander about town for no particular occassion with the wind blowing up your kilt? It's a lot more breezy than jeans.

Think of it as natural airconditioning. again a small hidden smile.
plus um the access one is likely to have if the situation presents itself with an SO or say... a Pet ?

"Ach" it takes a true man to wear a kilt!!! (that and the right knee's)
