Being a girl there is very little I can tell you about clothespins on men's genitals but If you ever want to try a strong sensation you could ask your dominant for a "zipper"
This involves threading a lenght of string through as many clothespins as you can place on the target area (I have experienced this on my breasts, my labia and even my face) and then having the whole contraption pulled off.
