baby girl(W)'s February entry

Love hurts, eh? i've spent the majority of February trying to think of some witty, unique, eye-catching picture i could take for the theme "Love Hurts". Finally it hit me early this morning when i was looking at some flowers i had received for Valentine's Day. Now here it is...over a week since that day and i still have my flowers. i love getting flowers! They are so beautiful when they are all fresh and pretty and smelling so sweet. But then i feel bad as the days go by and i watch my poor sweet pretty flowers start to wilt away and die. So even though it's been over a week...and these roses are obviously ready to throw in the towel, why do i still feel reluctant to toss them out? i hate seeing the flowers suffer...and yes..i seriously just said that. lol i know i'm an emotional person and sooooo silly for feeling bad for some flowers that i knew were going to die. Each year i get flowers...and each year i feel bad when i have to throw the dead things away. But each year people continue to spend tons and tons of money on buying flowers for that special someone...just so they can watch them die. lol
