Does the back have slats?
Are the arms solid enough to tie to?

No slats seat and back are padded. It is a strong sturdy chair with arms that are about 5 inches high and then 14 inches back to the back of the chair.

Ok, well, if it were me being different....
i would turn the chair over so that it rested on the arms and back with the legs out at an angle. Usually i have found the support bars on the bottom of old wood chairs to be rather solid and can make for some great all be it uncomfortable positions. Maybe bend her over with her chest resting on the back of the chair and her legs threw and between the legs.

Anyway, could she fit her legs through the arms of the chair? as in between the seat and the armrest? then her legs would be wide open, unable to close. Out doors is fun and even more fun is if it is in an area that others are nearby. Once I had a slave that had offered to serve me outside no matter where as long as she was hidden.
