I've just picked up this thread. Rabbit1, you have certainly put some work into this.
A few years ago, I was doing some research into Betty Paige (I've seen it written as Page as well) and some of her bondage films and photographs. Things went further back to the invention of the camera - and it would seem that as soon the camera appeared, then so did the 'naughty picture!'
