I do not feel it is ever wise to punish when angry or frustrated as I think a Dom benefits from taking time out to let emotions cool before fashioning something appropriate to the offense. That said, I think it is as someone else mentioned an excellent idea to send a submissive to a corner with instructions to reflect while the Dom engages in the cool down period and formulates an appropriate punishment.
anger is never ever fun... as a sub or slave, i like to be controlled by someone who can control himself... if hes submitting to his own anger i dont feel safe submitting to him...

Never punish while upset, make her stand in the corner, and go take a walk, let her think about her punishment, and he gives you a chance to relax.
