Haelix... I know how you feel. And you know what really annoys me? Women's business dress... they can get away with so much more and *still* be smart while we are stuck in the 1950s with ties and heavy jackets! :)
Sounds like it was a great night. So when is the 'my little ponyboy' kit going to be available in the shops? :)
That sure sounds like you guys had great fun!
I am on the wrong continent again :(
speaking of switching continents.......I will be in Faversham, England next month..........Anyone wanna hit the pub wit me?????????
*shakes my head* the woman is going international.......the implications may be staggering......*stumbles off to get some coffee*
Surely this would violate the Geneva convention and count as an act of war? Diplomatic relations at the very least will be strained... :)
Faversham? Is that somewhere doon sooth? What days you around?
I have top secret clearance and will travel.
I will be there for a week starting July 15th.
Faversham is in Kent, near Canterbury.
And tyd...........you wanna come with me???????????
It sounded like somewhere in Kent.... :)
If you happen to be in the Midlands, give me a shout.
hell yes i wanna go!!!!!!!!!! you know me......ask me at 1am the day before and i'll be packed and ready!!!! lmao..........
So glad u all had a great time!!!
I wasn't aware that Americans called any movement within the UK 'travelling' (you must have heard the saying 'In the UK a hundred miles is a long way to go, in the US a hundred years is a long time ago' :) ). But I totally undersand. Have fun with your family.
If you need any suggestions of places to visit, feel free to ask. I am sure there are many on here who will be able to suggest places
fetishdj: I have been there hundreds of times and I actually lived in Maidstone when I was younger. I have seen all the sights, but I am looking forward to just staying in Faversham with Gran, and maybe going to Canterbury to do some shopping.
I love Canterbury and my daughter loves the Cathedral. We took her over last year for two weeks for her fifth birthday. My English heritage is VERY important to me.
