OK so the UK meet will be on 17th October - Birdy has kindly sent me some links to hotels in Warrington area which I am checking out also looking into travel lodges. I am afraid I wont be able to make it... just a bit too far for me... 145 miles and 2 and 1/2 hours travelling excluding the traffic on the M6 and M6 toll.. so add an extra 45 mins to that travelling time on a fri/sat.. would be a nightmare trip from London.

Sorry you cant make it would have liked to have seen you there- some are travelling down from Scotland - 4 hour trip and some are coming from even further south than London which is why we are having it in a central location - It'll be a 2 1/2 hour trip for me too if Im lucky. Maybe the next one will be more south - whoever is organising that - not me lol
I have been asked if there is an agenda or itinerary for this get together.
Well the answer is NO. Its an informal meeting just to get to know each other a bit better, cement existing friendships that have been made online and to get to meet and know new people from here and generally have a bloody good time.
There is no dress code or plans for any activities - we will be in a public bar - what you get up to behind the privacy of your hotel room if you are staying is entirely up to you *winks*
As many of us have never met before I am going to bring along a book to leave on a table where we are sitting - probably Tarnsman of Gor or something similar. I will also leave a message at reception or behind the bar to let them know if anyone is looking for the Library party we are in whatever room bar/lounge etc.
I know I'm getting excited and looking forward to it hope you all are too. ONLY 6 days now folks see you all there
