Before he opened the door, he left Ruby in the hall.

"Wait here."

Jade’s chamber shook as Yuri entered and the second spell was triggered. Yuri saw everything that had transpired in the chamber.

"Leave us," he ordered, his tone cold, angry.

"Yuri..." Elizabeth began.

"I'm not mad at you, Lizzy. I need to get myself under control. Please, leave us. Ruby is outside waiting for you."

"Please don't be too hard on her, Yuri, she did this for you."

"I know." He said and climbed into bed with Jade. "Thank you, love, for helping her."

Exhausted, Elizabeth left Jade's chamber and gathered Ruby to her.

"No, I don't want to talk about it. I'm hungry and tired," she said before Ruby could say anything.

"I understand. Let's go back to my room, I believe that your pet is spanking mine and I'd rather play than deal with Yuri and Jade."

The next moring I got up early and got into the shower and got ready for the day to begin. I headed to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and breakfast no one was up yet so I decided to get my own breakfast five some of the slaves the day off so to speak.(nice to do every oune in a while) I made scrabled eggs with toast and butter and a huge pot of coffee. Yuri held Jade tightly in his arms. His tigress had put him through hell tonight trying to protect him from herself. He wanted to be angry, but he couldn't. Deep down, he knew that she had wanted to have her memories beaten out of her in such a way that it wouldn't affect their future play. He didn't know if it would work, but she had made a decision and followed through. He admired her bravery and her courage to face her past.

Holding her, he thought about the last years of his human life. About the time he spent with Nikolai, his vampire sire and human lord. Yuri had been born on Nikolai's land, was raised to be a hunter and a farmer, to be a man of honor. It wasn't always easy. His father's punishments varied, but were never pleasant.

The tension of the day finally caught up with him. Closing his eyes, Yuri dreamed.

The day was sunny and windy. Yuri returned from the hunt with a few rabbits. He planned on leaving them with his mother before hunting at dusk. What he really wanted was a large stag to bring down, something that would make his father proud.

He no longer lived with his parents or younger siblings. Years before, he'd moved into Nikolai's castle and was being trained in the finer arts of warfare as a squire. The nobleman was a great benefactor to his people and each family sent their sons and daughters to the castle to serve him when they reached the age of 16. Some served for a few years, other for many. Yuri was now twenty and two years of age. Nikolai assessed their strengths and weaknesses, before assigning them to specific roles. Yet no one complained about their service. They were educated by tutors, fed well and believed they were the better for their time spent with the mysterious lord whom they were proud to call domn. The servants were given one day a week to do as they pleased and Yuri enjoyed hunting for his mother.

When Yuri entered the kitchen of their modest cottage, he knew his father was in a foul mood. The older man motioned to him and they headed for the stables.

"Take the women to the castle. Act as if your delivering food. The wagon is loaded."

"Father, what are you not telling me?"

His father shook his head and lowered his voice. There is talk of of robbers and marauders, of paid soldiers who want to claim this land for themselves. No one knows who will attack, but I believe there will be an attack before the week is out. Surely you have heard talk of this at the castle."

Yuri nodded. Yes, he had. The servants had been put on alert, yet they were always on alert.

"You've seen something," Yuri stated.

"Yes, I have. Cows have been slaughtered in the neighboring village in the night. It is said some of the women are missing. I don't care if its a rumor or not, I'll not risk your mother or sisters falling prey when the domn will protect them."

"Father, you must come with us."

"No, son, I will stand guard as will many of the others. If trouble comes we'll send word to the castle. Take care of our women. Now go."

The two men hugged, the affection between them clear and heartfelt. As Yuri led his mother and sisters to the castle, he feared he would never see his father again.

Yuri trembled, agitated as the dream took a turn for the worse. A week had passed, the great hall was filled with most of the residents of the village. The castle easily able to house and provide shelter, while the men and those in Nikolai's small army guarded their charges.

They expected the enemy to be a large based on the descriptions of those who had reached the castle from other villages and the surrounding areas. What they didn't expect were demons.

Like the rest of the men, Yuri was always armed. Always poised and ready to do battle, to die defending those he loved. One moment, he was eating, laughing with friends, and then as the nature of dreams often rush forward between past and present, he was reliving his oncoming death.

He'd fought bravely, killing the demon intruders with no thought to himself. The stormed the front gates, he and others rushed to meet them. There were less than twenty, but they were like nothing he'd ever seen.

The beasts were large, twice the size of a human, covered in dark scales, with their scales covered in armor. They appeared to be human, even spoke the local language, threatening to slaughter those within if they didn't surrender.

The domn had hidden most of the women and children deep with the castle, placing strategic groups of guards to block their enemy at various points. For those within, it was a struggle not to break position, yet they knew if the enemy reached them, the enemy would be weaker and easier to defeat. The people had served their domn and his family for centuries, this was not the first or last time a battle would be fought.

Yuri was fighting well, using his speed and lack of fear to surprise the demon attackers. He'd found a vulnerable spot below the breast plate of their armor and by thrusting under and up, he'd brought down 3 of the beasts.

Men around him were screaming, fighting, dying. The domn was engaged in a battle with the leader of the large creatures. There were women in the battle, those that had chosen to aid as healers, those armed and dressed as men who would rather die fighting than cowering below. It was one of those women caught Yuri's attention.

A favored servant of Nikolai, who was so quiet, she had been given the nickname Smirenka, had crept out of her hiding place to drag a man to safety. Stronger than most men, she easily dragged the wounded male back towards the waiting healers.

A demon raised his head, sniffing the wind. He roared, sweeping his large hand outward and knocking down the attackers in front of him.

"You, girl," the demon yelled. "Give yourself to me."

The beast began to stalk her, a slow dance that quickly turned into a game of cat and mouse. From his position, Yuri saw the demon pull her into his arms. He threw the screaming girl over his shoulder and turned his back on the battle.

They want the women, not the castle, Yuri thought. That's why they've come. It's what they want. When they each have one, they'll leave.

It didn't matter than 10 of the twenty demons were down. Another 9 were still fighting. He had to stop the one with Smirenka, was driven by a force he couldn't explain.

A voice entered his mind, it was the domn, Nikolai. The voice communicated the weakness that Yuri had found, told the men to change positions, to regroup and where to attack. It seemed as if Nikolai were yelling, giving orders to each and everyone from afar, yet also as if the message were only for him.

Yuri ran as he'd never ran before and positioned himself between the castle gates and the demon holding Smirenka. Her long brown hair had fallen free, the helmet she worn discarded by the giant as he stripped her as he walked. Yuri was close enough to see the tears on her cheeks, to smell her fear. The demon was licking her neck, taunting her that she would serve him until he had no use for her. Smirenka struggled in his grasp, striking the scales that covered his face until her hands were bloody.

Still Yuri waited, waited for the moment when he could strike. The demon was so fascinated by Smirenka, that he didn't see Yuri roll in front of him. Striking fast, Yuri found the vulnerable spot and drove in his sword, deep. Howling, the demon dropped the girl and swipped at Yuri. He had no time to move, no time to dodge the blow.

His body soared into the air, smashing into the castle wall, cracking his bones like so many pieces of shattered glass. The pain...the sense of loss...his inability to finish the kill would put Smirenka and every other woman at risk.

Holding Jade, Yuri yelled in his sleep. He yelled the words his battered dream body could not have spoken. Though they were the words he thought repeatedly until he passed out, no hope of surviving now that his body had been broken beyond repair.

"Please, God, forgive me!"

Jade ran through the halls deep within her mind searching for Yuri. Yuri needed her and she must find him. He called to her very soul. Jade found herself standing before a door covered with ancient chains and locks. Jade knew she had placed the locks on the door but could not remember what horror lay behind it. Jade knew Yuri was behind the door. His scent filled her mind and body. Jade stilled the fear within herself. Nothing was going to keep her from Yuri. She ripped the chains from the door and entered.

The fear in her mind sent Jade reeling. The stench of demon filled her nostrils and her hands throbbed with pain. Jade fought the confusion in her mind. She had been here before. These were not just Yuri’s memories but hers as well. Jade struggle to control the body she was now in. Jade caught Yuri’s scent. He was near but he smelled different. She reached to touch his mind.

Yuri was going to rescue her. Jade used Yuri’s focus and determination to take control of the body that once belonged to her. The girl had a strong spirit. Jade was fighting to take control of Smirenka’s mind when Yuri struck the demon. Jade bones groaned from the impact as she hit the ground. She barely had time to raise her head to see Yuri’s body impact with the wall. The sound of his breaking bones and pain washed over her. Yuri’s dieing thoughts filled her mind. That he would think of himself as a failure tore at her heart. Jade could not lose him. She refused to let him go.

”Noooooooooooo”, Jade screamed as her heart and soul shattered.

Part of her traveled into Yuri’s body following him into the darkness.

The other part of Jade wanted blood for those who had tried to take her mate from her. Smirenka was no more. She was buried deep inside of Jade. Rage filled Jade and her first victim was the demon who had attacked her. Jade was already on her feet. Her hands found Yuri’s sword and she ripped it from the demon’s body.

“See you in hell”, Jade hissed as she drove the sword in between the scales in his throat severing his head.

Jade’s spirit found Yuri’s soul. She wrapped herself around it forcing his soul stay within his body.

“You can not die beloved. You must live to find me again”, Jade whispered to Yuri’s soul.

Jade let her life force fill Yuri and prayed that she was strong enough to keep him alive until help came.

Yuri dreamed of being held in the warmed embrace of a woman. The gentle scent of flowers was all around him and her voice was filled with love. Yuri wanted to touch the voice and see the woman that held him but his eyes and arms would not obey him.

“Grow strong and endure. I will wait for you Yuri but you must survive at all cost. I do not want to live if you it has to be without you”, said Jade as their souls caressed each other.

Smirenka battled within her own body and mind. The woman who was controlling her was in a blood rage and could not be reached. In desperation and to escape the sickening rage Smirenka reached outside her mind. She found the woman again but this time she was different. She was warm, bright and filled with love. Smirenka just wanted to touch her once and as she did their minds joined.

Jade tried to reach the other part of her but did not have the strength to break through the barrier her warrior self had built. Joy filled Jade as Smirenka joined her and lent her healing powers to keep Yuri alive.

Jade tore off what was left of her remaining clothes and picked up another sword letting out a shrill ancient Amazon battle cry. The shrill cry filled the night air causing the demons and humans alike to break from their fighting. All eyes turned to watch the naked woman covered in demon blood rise grasping two swords.

“Now which one of you filthy beasts thinks you have a dick big enough to fuck me”, Jade said offering her challenge in a tongue they could understand.

Nikolai looked at the woman and inhaled her scent. He realizes instantly that it was no longer Smirenka. Nikolai watched as the demons reacted to her scent as well. Their cocks swell and harden. “What is happening”, questioned Nikolai.

I am not strong enough to save them”, said the tired girl. Yuri thought Nikolai. He sent as much power and strength to Smirenka as he could spare.

“Changeling”, growled the demon leader as the drool ran down his face. “Take her at all cost”, the demon hissed as he moved forward to claim her.

Nikolai already saw the woman moving to her first target. He moved to block the demon’s leader advance. The demon roared and swung his sword in frustration at being kept from his prize. He must have this woman. Nikolai groaned in disgusted as the demon’s precum splattered his cape as he avoided the swing. Nikolai scanned the battle and noticed all the demons where reacting to the woman the same way. It was like they were all in heat. He had to wince when the woman removed a demon from his throbbing cock. His howls only seem to excite the remaining demons more. The demon leader was already half way to the woman. Nikolai sent the command to his men to protect the woman and move to intercept the demon leader.

Jade sent out a victory cry as the demon’s howls rang out. Her sword soon silenced the wailing demon. Jade turned to battle the next two demons that approached her but found humans blocking her way. The blood lust raged inside her and with a hiss she launched herself into the air and landed in front of the surprise men.

Turning her head she snapped, “See to the wounded and stay the hell out of my way”. Jade had to smile at their horrified faces. “Now”, she growled.

Jade still had the smile on her face when she reached the two demons. She must look like a demon from hell herself covered in all this demon blood. She had to admit that she had the advantage. The poor beasts were more interested in mating her than protecting themselves. For a brief moment she felt compassion for them but it quickly went away when she remember that they had tried to steal Yuri from her. Rage, hatred and anger filled her as she struck at two most oblivious targets. Jade left the demons screaming and bleeding to death clutching their crotches. She had killed two more demons when Smirenka touched her mind.

“You are both dieing. I am to weak to help you further”, came Smirenka faint voice.

Jade barely avoided the demon’s sword. She twisted her body out of the way and drove her sword through the back of his neck severing his spine. Yuri must not die. Jade was frantic as she work her way back to where Yuri body was laying. She didn’t even realize the demon leader was there until his arms locked around her. Nikolai could not believe the woman who had killed six demons was capture so easily. He tried to position himself to have a clear strike at the demon but the demon was using the woman as a shield.

”The bitch is mine and be grateful that she is the only woman we will take”, hissed the demon with great satisfaction. Her scent drove him beyond reason. The demon struggled for control. His only urge was to bury his throbbing cock deep inside the bitch.

Nikolai watched the woman. Her body had got completely still and she hung limply in the demon’s massive arms. When she raise her face to him he was shocked by the love and desperation he saw in her eyes.

”If Yuri dies now there is no reason for me to ever be borne again. I can not bear to live any more life times knowing we will never be reunite. Save him”, begged Jade. Smirenka echoed the woman feelings.

Nikolai threw his sword to the woman and ran to Yuri. He would have to leave the woman to handle the demon leader. If Yuri died he would lose all three of them. Jade’s body waited until the last minute before tensing and grabbing the sword. With one downward swing she split the demon leader’s cock in half. In his rage he crushed her to his chest and Jade fought to breath. Nikolai’s men had finished killing the other demons and were now cutting into the demon leader with there swords.

“You must leave me now and rejoin with the other part of yourself. If you die with me now. You will not be there for Yuri to find. ”, whispered Smirenka. “You must listen to me”, pleaded Smirenka.

Nikolai had reached Yuri and was already sharing his blood with him. Smirenka left Yuri’s body and found her own. The woman was not leaving and Smirenka could feel her own life force being choked out of her body. Smirenka fought to emerge when the dream started. She was in a long white hall and a beautiful woman with long brown hair and green eyes stood before her.

“You must get out of my way. They will die if you do not let me pass”, Smirenka cried as she tried to run pass the woman. The woman reach out and grabbed her pulling Smirenka into her arms.

”Do you think that Yuri or I could live knowing it was at the cost of your life”, the woman said and she caressed Smirenka’s hair and gently rocked her.

”We will all die”, sobbed Smirenka.

”Shhhh child. We will not die”, cooed Jade as she rocked the sobbing Smirenka.

Jade could feel Smirenka despair at failing her lord and family. Jade held her closely and sent her love and understanding. Jade waited.

Jade could feel Nikolai’s blood racing through Yuri’s body. She stayed wrapped around Yuri’s soul as long as she could. When his demon was close she tore off a piece of her soul and buried deep inside of Yur’si heart. Yuri’s demon had already scented her and was reaching out for her when she fled Yuri body.

Jade joined herself and Smirenka in the hall.

”Come now”, she commanded as she opened her arms to them. As all three embraced the power surged through Smirenka’s body.

Jade closed her eyes and breathed in the scent of the coming night. Her body was sore and her muscles screamed from the months of intense training she had endured. Her thought wandered back to the day Yuri had told her that she must come with him and leave Mobius’s dungeon. She had wanted to challenge his right to command her but when he said he would go no matter what her heart nearly stopped beating. Just the thought of being separated from Yuri when they had just been reunited brought her such pain she fell to the floor writhing and screaming in agony.

She remembered the pain and also all the blood as she fought Yuri as he tried to take control of her to ease her pain. The pain was so overwhelming that she didn’t even realize she had transformed into the tigress. The tigress was bent on destroying anything in her path. If Yuri’s demon had not taken control of him and transformed he into a tiger Jade was sure Yuri would have let her kill him rather than hurt her. Jade minds was still a blur but her body still responded to the flashes of memories she had of being tamed and mounted by her mate over and over again. Jade’s fingers traveled to her shoulder where her beast had sank his teeth, pinning her to the ground then claiming her over and over again. She shuddered and her nipples harder as she relived the intense hunger and need that Yuri and his demon had for her.

She didn’t even have to look at the sky to know the sun would be down soon and that Yuri would be rising. Her laughter rang out among the trees as she walked down to the stream. They had her during to days for her training but the nights belonged to her beloved. Neither Raven’s clan or the Amazons had the guts to thread on Yuri’s time with her.

She sent out loving thoughts to Ruby and Elizabeth. Thanking them again for their intervention and help that night in the dungeon.
