Hello,

i've been a member for a while, but never introduced myself here. i have got so much from the threads on these boards (besides, obviously, the stories) that i thought i should.

i'm 34, English, male and an owned slave. i will be moving from the UK to Canada by the end of this year to live with my Mistress, and i can't wait.

Today at work my boss hosted a lunch so that the employees - many of whom are new - could get to know each other a little better. As we sat and ate our Chinese take-out, he asked us to go around the room and tell the others "something about ourselves that most people don't know". I almost choked on my eggroll thinking how this was just about the only thing people don't know about me, and wondering what their reaction would be to such a revelation. Who knows - maybe I'd have found a playmate!

I am new here (that's what this thread is for eh?), and have joined because my girlfriend is very intrigued by BDSM, and has been on the 'scene' in previous relationships. She wants to bring this more into our relationship (not in life, just in play) and I am open enough to try it, especially since I have always liked kinky sex.

My problem is that I don't have the confidence to dominate her, and worry that I'll dissappoint her. I have recently bitten the bullet and decided to open up my writing to critic, as I know the only way I'll improve is by getting some feedback. I'm a shy person and probably won't have much to say on the boards, but, well, if you all promise not to bite... heheh. I feel quite nervous about showing any stuff I've done to anyone, but at least this site provides the perfect forum for help and a good frame-work for learning (plus I can skuttle off, if it gets too much! lol)

Thanks for the welcome, Traveller. Yes, the quote is from "Dick Tracy", although the reason you may not recognize it is because it's from the musical version (so it's Madonna's lyrics). The whole song sums up my feelings about BDSM so well that I couldn't resist taking the name (or keeping the quote for both sites).

I've slowed down on my writing (hence the delay in posting additional chapters of "Yard Work" primarily due to being caught up in one of the Abductor classics (Outlaw & Redhead Sue's story). I can't bring myself to stop reading, which I'm sure you'll understand.

By the way, thank you for the kind comments on my photo. Took a lot of convincing to get DH to agree to let me post it (let alone get him to take it!) so it's nice to get some feedback.

i am also a student, however, i am studying Psychology with minors in Communcations, Women/Gender studies/ Photography and am thinking of one in Native American Studies (many of these over lap at my University). So, you don't sound boring at all to me.

i am also an animal lover (cats in perticular or ferrets :D ). Below you will see a picture i posted for you of my baby (Butterscotch). W/we also have two all black cats (my Mistress's and my daughter's), plus a foster dog.

i was granted the pleasure of taking pictures of a client's cats this past week. It was a lot of fun.

Our classes for the semester started today, however, i was one of the lucky few that don't start until tomorrow because i don't have classes on Monday until next week (late starting class).

Breathless, there is no hierarchy. Please contribute to any threads where the subject matter interests you. Newer, older, longer and shorter, controversial and unanimous ones. If you have a new theme or wish to approach a theme from a new angle, create a new thread. The first threads I wrote something in after I joined were Your Avatar...why? and Early fantasies and then I simply continued with any threads I found that touched my interest.

I'm new to bdsm and this board. Still working out what part of bdsm interests me, I do know though that I am sub. Hubby worked that one out very quickly :)

I'm a 37 year old who has been very heavily into the Gorean life style, that was until I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter and asked a few questions. Kinda got dissed out of the scene at that point. I was collared online by several "Masters" [or should i say those who assumed they were Masters] until meeting my hubby online. I then becamed collared to him in real life until i had to remove it during the birth of my formentioned girl. It never went back on. Motherhood changed me but now I have started to feel interested in bdsm. I still have too many unanswered questions about Gor to go back to it.

The bdsm library [for me] is one way of exploring this wonderful realm and thank you for putting it here.
