I would also add that remember it is matter of finding what is right for you and your wife to be; it is not a question of mild is less good than less mild.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks, good to know that one doesn't have to be "hardcore" to be part of the community, it so often is with, for example, sporting type forums. I've just finished reading an e-book by someone called Argus, so my view of my situation as "mild" is based somewhat on that. I've also read quite a few of the output from www.bdsmartwork.com/home.htm which are pretty "full on" too.
My personal philosophy, in this and other areas of life, is: "Remember. it's meant to be fun"

I'm a middle age submissive man. My wife of 20 years dominates me. We enjoy CBT. Our inquisitive kids take up a lot of time that we could otherwise spend on the T of our CBT.

Hello all. I am new here (obviously, or I wouldn't need this intro). I've been in the dungeon closet so to speak for a number of years, and my husband/dom and I have jsut recently decided to search out a community we can learn from and talk to who understand what we like ;) I am Rosember, a mostly submissive woman abotu to turn 30 in a few weeks. We have several children too, so are having fun learning how to juggle being a slave to more than just the kids *grin*
