Here's an idea I've been thinking about using in a story. Or for that mater even doing if I had the chance.

Get one of those insertable toys with a remote. Have her wear it out to dinner. (This probably takes some kind of harness to keep it secure for the evening.)

Afterwards I was relieved that nothing happened. It didn't turn me on because I was not comfortable with the notion of having sex with strangers and being completely helpless. Unforutnately later on in our relationship he wasn't joking about the mind game and actually went through with his threat.
