I have to be very very very very VERY excited. It is certainly linked to stimulation of the clitoris and also the urethra, or the mound just inside the vagina linked to the urethra (the 'urethral sponge' apparently), which implies g-spot stimulation; I do not know if g-spot stimulation is a necessity. However, the first time it happened to me I was just damnably excited and not specifically stimulating that area - which doesn't mean I wasn't, if you see what I mean; just not on purpose.

I think I held "it" in for so many years (because I was stupid and thought it was a bad thing), that now, just because, I can- no matter what is or isn't stimulated. The more I am stimulated (especially that g-spot...mmm), the more cum that seems to gush/jet/spray/hose down the opposite wall. I can still hold it in if I need to (yes, there are times that soaking everything just isn't the best of ideas), but if, at the point of release, I just let go and push it all out ~thinks on that for a moment~ yeah, that's much better.

I think a girl's ability to ejaculate really does have to do with correct stimulation and how the muscles down there are used (the ones you exercise with those Kegel moves) at the exact moment of orgasm. Pull those muscles in, and the cum ain't coming out so much. But bear down on those muscles, (push out, if that helps with the image), and I think that may help with the flow, so to speak. And even though your mind will be elsewhere, try and spend some time "feeling" the muscles you use during orgasm. And do the same thing when you pee- feel those muscles. Even though they are close together, they are quite different in use. If you can be in tune with what muscles work which area, maybe it'll be easier to gush that cum. Let's hope, anyway, as it is a most intense orgasm when it happens that way.

I've found that this was easier to teach someone else through g-spot stimulation. Start with a regular routine of kegel exercises. Once you've learned which muscles do what down there, it is play time. When you're ready, lie on your back with your partner above. Have them insert two fingers inside and for them to slowly thrust in. As they withdraw, if they slightly hook their fingers up, they should feel a difference as they stroke across the g-spot--it feels a little spongy. If you concentrate on relaxing the muscles of your pelvic floor, as you reach orgasm you'll also have ejaculation. It may take a few times but exploration can be its own reward.

Once you've mastered that, you can learn to ejaculate through clitorial stimulation. There are also vibrators with a shape that allows g-spot stimulation, if you're learning this on your own.

I had some luck with this and kind of accidentally did it when masturbating. I thought I had peed, but it didn't smell like pee and when it dried it was white. After then I would try to recreate the situation and here's what worked for me:

1 - Relaxing: I had to relax and really allow myself to feel
2 - Focus on the G-Spot: I know exactly where mine is, if you don't spend some time with some pressure in there to find out, for me it's necessary to have that type of orgasm.
3 - "Push" - in the beginning, after I realized it, it felt like I was holding some pee in. I recommend you actually push like you have to and it will help you let it out.
4 - Get some help: a boyfriend/lover using his fingers, pushing (or using the come here motion) on/over your G spot (on the roof of your vagina). If you don't have to think about your movements and you can really focus just on letting go and having an orgasm.


Remember that not everyone can have this type of orgasm. Just trust your body and enjoy whatever orgasms you can have. Otherwise, just have fun with what you got and have fun searching.
