There's been a major flux of newbie's in the chat lately (i'm not so sure about here as i don't spend much time in the forums), i was wondering if it was somehow possible to send them a message (be it forum PM, chat PM, or e-mail) with the rules for both chat and forum?

Actually, that's the role of mods and "residents" of chat, really, because it's impossible to know who comes and in and out of chat on a daily basis... we try and direct them to the Chat Guidelines in forums. All chat users are responsible for reading the rules... so... If they break one, definitely gently kick them over to go read them. If they are being a dumb butt, keep the log and send it to T (torq654@hotmail.com) and he or I will take care of it.
