Mary was only too happy to return to the stables. The game with the pugs had been rather terrifying, and she needed a little time to relax after that. of course... Master Mobius's reward had definitely helped her on the relaxing part. She grinned as she remembered that, it had been much too long since she had seen kindness from a Master.
Mary stopped as she reached what she had begun thinking of as 'her' stall, and slipped off the arm sleeve Master had loosened for her. At least he had let her take off her harness. She was glad for the nudity, it would give her sore body more time to heal. She had hated always wearing her harness, only getting it off once a week caused horrid chafing.

Mary was humming as she went to the shower, taking her time to make sure she got off every possibly speck of dirt. When she finally emerged, she rubbed down her body, oiling it with the oils she found on the counter. Oil! Ah it had been years since she had such luxuries.... She could get used to this all too easily. Smiling to herself, she sat before a mirror, brushing her long black hair until it was dry, and shining as if it held a light of its own. She quickly plaited it down her back, before wandering out into the main part of the dungeon, in just her ponygirl boots.

She had considered napping, but finally decided that she could sleep later, and would much rather spend her afternoon meeting more people that inhabited her new home. She was singing softly as she wandered, not really pay attention as she was lost in thoughts of the people she had met so far. She adored A and Dee, and liked Master Mobuis more every time she served him, but she still rather thought that somehow it was going to turn bad. Masters just weren't this good and kind. But, no matter. She would enjoy this while it lasted.

By the time Mary was paying attention to where she was again, she was a bit farther than she had ever been before. Whimpering nervously, she turned around, trying to find her way back. It was so quiet, and she couldn't seem to remember which granite walled corridor was the one she had came out of. Her distress grew as she wandered on, surely someone would stumble onto her right?? Finally she stopped, figuring she had much less of a chance of being found if she was walking away from her potential discoverers. She took some deep breaths, and sank to the ground, her back to one of the cold walls. "so much for meeting someone new" she muttered to herself. But before long she was back in her head, singing softly, somehow having faith that someone would find her before too long.
