I think you're asking the wrong people...you should be asking yourself what you would find humiliating. We don't know what would bring that feeling out in you, although TG is right, you'll find plenty of suggestions here.
I would suggest trying to think of a situation that would be extremely embarassing for you, almost plan out your own scene, and go from there after sharing it with her.
